The ZCV valve is a high-performance containment valve used in the transport process of hazardous powders and granules, such as highly active substances. Usage examples: Proper operation of the valve enables containment at OEB level 5 during discharge from isolators in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and container transfers between process equipment. The valve disk is divided into two parts horizontally, with the passive valve generally mounted on the container side and the active valve on the process equipment side.
